Standards of Behaviour
During the course of any contact, whether by email, telephone, internet or in person, I will treat you with respect and not abuse the trust you place in me. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including me. You agree not to demonstrate violent or abusive behaviour, to use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and to use any products or services purchase in accordance with the instructions provided. If these conditions are breached, I reserve the right to refuse to supply any further products and/or services and the right to refuse any further contact with you.
Payment
Payment for any products or services via this website, must be made online via the secure Paypal service, before delivery of the chosen product or service.
Social Media
I have accounts with social media sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, WordPress and YouTube and these are used for business marketing purposes.
I am happy to connect with other therapists, counsellors and healthcare professionals, however I do not accept friend or connection requests from current or former therapy clients or therapy supervisees. The reason for this is that connecting to clients or supervisees as friends not only compromises confidentiality, but it can also have a detrimental effect on the therapeutic and/or supervisory relationship.
As a current or former client or therapy supervisee, you are welcome to view, like or follow my Facebook, YouTube and Google business pages, read and share articles and comments as well as providing reviews or feedback on Facebook, Twitter, Google and WordPress. Please be aware that anything you post is in the public domain and therefore will be visible to everyone who visits the page. If you have a personal or specific question, please contact me instead. If any of the posts you make compromise a current or former professional therapeutic relationship or identify you as a client or therapy supervisee, I reserve the right to delete them.
Hypnotherapy CDs & Audio Recordings
Hypnotherapy CDs and/or MP3 recordings should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery or doing any other activity where concentration is required. Any CD or MP3 recording purchased or provided is for your personal use only and must not be lent, copied or sold under any circumstances.

Resolution of any Presenting Issues
When you purchase any products or services from this website, you understand that there can be no guarantee that your presenting issue(s) will be resolved, due to the many factors both within and outside of your control, including:
- Frequency of listening to the hypnotherapy audio download(s)
- Use of the hypnotherapy audio download(s) according to the instructions provided
- Rapport and resonance with the therapist’s voice
- Any past or current medication and/or medical issues
- The level of stress in your life
- Your commitment to resolving the issue(s)
Product Purchase & Delivery
When you place an order with this website for an MP3 download, upon completion of the payment process, you will then be re-directed back to this website, where you will then be able to download your chosen product(s).
Once the payment process has been completed and you have been transferred back to this website, the service (i.e. your download(s)) is deemed to have been provided, therefore you will not be able to cancel your order once the payment process has been completed.
It is your responsibility to download your chosen MP3 using the instructions and link(s) provided.
Refunds
If you experience any issues with downloading your chosen file(s), please contact me as soon as possible. In the event that the issue(s) cannot be resolved, you will be entitled to a refund for the affected products, to which the following conditions will apply:
- You must contact me within 14 days of purchase
- The product(s) must have been downloaded and used according to the instructions provided
- Refunds are only available on individual purchases
- There will only be one refund per customer per six month period
When contacting me regarding your purchase(s), you must provide the following information:

Reliability & Future Availability
In order to ensure that there are no interruptions when listening to your download(s), it is highly recommended that you download the MP3 file and save it on your computer, memory stick or other digital storage device.
